Welcome to Hyde Park Condominiums, an eclectic mix of architectural designs, rolling terrain and friendly people. Originally developed as a retirement community, Hyde Park has evolved into a mixed use neighborhood highly suitable for singles, single parents, empty nesters as well as the retiree and snowbird set. Our reasonable association fee covers lawn care, structure insurance, water for lawn irrigation, non - warranty exterior maintenance & repairs, and snow removal to your front door making it easy to enjoy winters at home or be confident of an "at home" look for the snowbirds.

The neighborhood co-owners provide management of the association and are always available to take your calls should you have any questions. We are committed to providing a safe, attractive and enjoyable place for our residents to call home. Our very active group of homeowners provides many fun and inexpensive activities for all our residents such as "summer cookouts", "wine tastings", and much more.

Hyde Park currently has 41 completed homes and an additional 56 projected over the next several years giving us a completed total of 97 homes.
